Q. What do I need to get started?
A. To start these qualitative classes, you need the Computer /Laptop /Smartphone / Mac / Tablet with Zoom installed. Stable Internet connection and good quality headphone to attend online sessions with your teacher.
Q. How to start online Quran classes?
A. You simply click on “Registration” and fill in the Registration Form. We will call you for a free trial at a time that suits you the best. After the Free Trial classes, if you are satisfied and want to continue, you have to make payment for Regular classes
Q. How can I make my payments/ hadiya?
A. You can pay online with multiple methods we accept all kinds of card and also you can pay via MoneyGram, PayPal, western union, Ria etc. Our billing team will guide you towards the most suitable safer and easier way of making your payment.
Q. Do we have any course material?
A. Yes, we have digital Quran, Tajweed, Arabic and Islamic studies books and we will provide you with all materials that you need once you join the academy IN SHA ALLAH. Your tutor or Support team will send you direct links of course material to browse, read, or downloads them.
Q. What if i want to learn in my native language?
A. Yes you can easily learn Holy Quran in your native language we have teachers that speak and teach in any language like English, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, Egyptian and Turkish. Our customer support team will provide a fluent teacher to you.
Q. What is the duration of each class?
A. The standard duration of each class is 30 minutes, however, if you want to increase the duration of your session it can be increased up to a maximum of 60 minutes but the cost will increase accordingly as We charge based on the time, not the number of classes.
Q. What if i miss a class? What happens if I cannot attend a lesson?
A. If you missed a lesson and send prior notice to your teacher, a make-up class can be rescheduled on your request. You should inform us before the start of your class, and then our tutors will take makeup class later when regular classes finish or another teacher may take your make-up class according to availability
Q What if I am waiting online and my tutor is not there or late?
A. If any teacher is unable to teach the class, we will provide another teacher for your class and if any teacher is late then the class will be extended to make up for the session. If any class could not be held because of a technical issue, the session will be redeemed at a later time. Or contact our Customer coordinator or call us on our phone number given in the website.
Q. How can parents check their kid’s performance? / How do I know if my child is progressing?
A: Yes, Parents can always watch and listen to their kids’ sessions on Zoom live or recorded and check progress through our monthly progressive reporting system. Every month, we take a monthly test of our students to ensure our teaching quality and the progress of the students, thereafter a detailed report is given to the parents. We also send daily assignments to the students as homework.
Q. Can I change the teacher if i am not satisfied with my teacher?
A. Yes, you can change the teacher at any time. You can contact our customer support team, they will assign a new teacher to you that suits your needs better.
Q. How do I choose which course is suitable for me?
A. Our team member will guide you in your first Demo lesson to help you choose which course will be the most beneficial and suitable for you
